The 24/Seven LockSafe Smooth surface style features a lightly textured surface to provide ample traction and reduce resistance for pivoting foot traffic. The light texture pattern compliments the natural traction, anti-fatigue and safety benefits of rubber Interlocking flooring. 24/Seven LockSafe Smooth is ideal for cart traffic, particularly for carts with smaller casters and where vibration is most evident.
Four smooth surface interlocking rubber tiles are available in the 24/Seven LockSafe system: 24/Seven LockSafe GR Solid, 24/Seven LockSafe NBR Solid, 24/Seven LockSafe ESD Solid, and the all-new 24/Seven LockSafe MAX Smooth - Rubber Interlocking Flooring with Anti-fatigue Support To The MAX.

24/Seven LockSafe Open Drainage Flow Mats
24/Seven LockSafe Open drainage style modular rubber floor tiles feature large .75” (19 mm) holes for maximum liquid drainage and airflow. The open drainage holes allow liquid to flow from the surface of the mat improving traction and safety in wet and overspray environments. Designed for areas where grease, oil, and chemicals may contact the floor, the lightly textured surface provides sure-footing in slippery environments and reduces the likelihood of slips and falls.
The open style of 24/Seven LockSafe Rubber Interlocking Flooring System is preferred by a wide range of industries including food and beverage production where improving safety in a wet work environment is of primary concern. Need better traction in slick conditions? 24/Seven LockSafe NBR with GRITSHIELD® is specially formulated and designed to provide maximum traction and safety for workers. The Gritshield coating is combined with 24/Seven LockSafe’s Nitrile rubber (NBR) base to withstand cutting fluids and petroleum-based liquids (commonly associated with machining operations).
Available in solid and open drainage styles. Both provide optimum traction in slick, oily areas and provide an anti-fatigue, safety solution with exceptional chemical resistance. For the most demanding environments, 24/Seven LockSafe NBR Open w/ GRITSHIELD surface is best and 24/Seven LockSafe NBR Solid w/ GRITSHIELD is ideal for foot traffic in slick, oily environments. All feature the Wearwell patented LockSafe connection system so mats stay connected. And all 24/Seven LockSafe products provide excellent anti-fatigue support and improved safety.

The unique Nitrile rubber composite is 100% anti-microbial and easily stands up to fluids and oils including vegetable oils, animal fats, citrus, and fish oils.
Grade A, like all 24/Seven LockSafe flooring, includes patented LockSafe® connections that keep mats together even when you roll up, pick up, or move for cleaning. That makes GRADE A the perfect fit in any food-oriented business. The well-recognized Terra Cotta Open style features a stippled surface, and large, 3/4" (2cm) holes, the color leaves no doubt of the industries it serves.

An Edging System for Smoother Transitions
24/SEVEN LockSafe Edging Connecting System
24/SEVEN LockSafe Edging finishes the interlocking flooring system and provides an easy transition from floor to mat for foot and cart traffic. Ramps and corners are available in black or yellow and grease (GR) or chemical resistant (NBR). Simply connect the ramps just as the easily as the tiles.
24/SEVEN LockSafe MAX Edging can be used with the MAX series only. All remaining edging is compatable with all other LockSafe products.
