MATSonline will cover the cost of shipping on orders within the continental United States only (48 states). The offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and US Territories.

Orders of $98.99 and under will incur a flat $15.00 shipping and handling fee.

Product Returns - Return Policy

MATSonline accepts returns only for products found to be defective (under manufacturer’s warranty) or for errors made in order fulfilment. All returns require a return materials authorization number (RMA#) which may be obtained by calling 888-500-6820.

Depending on the situation, returns must be made within 10 days of the receipt of the products. Customer may be responsible for the cost of shipping to our warehouse in Middle Tennessee, USA. Return shipments must be made with proper packaging. Please include the RMA# on the box. Packages without a valid RMA# may be refused. A 25% restocking fee may be assessed for returned items. We do not accept returns of used items.

If you need to cancel your order, we will make every effort to do so. However, once an order is in production and manufacturing, we may not be able to cancel the order and it will ship as specified on the order. 

About Tile-Top Color and Pattern Variations

Please note that minor variations in color and patterns may occur with Tile Top floor matting. The color swatch you view online may not be the exact color of the delivered product. Color variation may be caused by differences in device screen types and settings, and/or due to changes in manufacturer lots. When Tile Top mats are purchased at different times (from different material lots), we cannot ensure an exact match in color.
