Wearwell Files Lawsuit Against M+A Matting for Patent Infringement

Smyrna, TN – September 26, 2023 – Wearwell, LLC is announcing today that it has filed a lawsuit in the U.S. District Court in the Northern District of Georgia against M+A Matting, LLC for infringement of U.S. Patent Numbers 11,174,648 and 11,454,037. Both patents are associated with the design and manufacture of Wearwell’s ErgoDeck® MAX and Locksafe® MAX products. 

The complaint alleges that “Hog Heaven III Comfort Linkable Mats” are produced and marketed by M+A Matting, LLC knowingly and intentionally in violation of the limitations set forth in the patents awarded to Wearwell, LLC by the USPTO.
