Welding is an industry and application for a host of other industries – aerospace, automotive, construction, manufacturing, just to name a few. The product may be different, but the struggle is the same – finding a mat that’s tough enough.

Most mats can’t take the heat. What works in a typical workstation, won’t hold up to the demands of welding. Conventional mats with a PVC surface will melt and deteriorate in many welding applications. The proper welding mat is formulated to meet a much higher melt point than a typical workstation mat.
