A:The life expectancy can vary dramatically depending on a multitude of factors such as: foot traffic, exposure to oils, caustic chemicals or fluids, excessive temperatures, cleaning and maintenance schedule, compound, etc. The following are general guidelines based on our customers’ experience (your experience may vary) Average life span is 2 - 3 years.


Q: I just took my mat out of the box and laid it on the floor but the edges aren't lying flat.

A:Please allow the mat to acclimate to the environment for 24-48 hours. Once it has acclimated the edges will lay flat.
