Q: How do I stop my platform from sliding on or damaging my floor?
A: Platforms can be anchored to the floor, or if smaller than 12 feet width and length, they can use optional rubber feet to prevent sliding. (Optional rubber feet only available for 5" tall and over)
Q: When should I use rubber feet, and when should I anchor?
A: Use rubber feet if you plan to move your platform. Rubber feet allow the platform to sit on the ground without scratching the concrete. Rubber feet also stop platforms less than 12 feet from sliding around. We recommend you anchor all platforms over 12 feet in any direction. Rubber feet can only be used on platform heights of 5"+
Q: What accessories are available for FOUNDATION?
A: FOUNDATION is available with rubber feet to prevent sliding and scratching the floor on smaller platforms, anchors to allow for semi-permanent installations, and toe plates to prevent tools from dropping or rolling off. Another accessory is a yellow spray-paint that works specifically with FOUNDATION surface tiles and toe plates. It can be used to paint toeplates, or call out the perimeter of a surface tile. There are also three different surface tiles to choose from, each with a different purpose.
Q: What sort of surface is the platform designed to stand on?
A: FOUNDATION is designed to stand upon a solid, stable surface such as concrete. Non stable or outdoor uses are not recommended.
