ErgoDeck Extreme Duty with Smooth Surface - Black

The go-to floor option for applications where toughness is required.  These tiles are rated to 380 psi, or 123,000 lbs per tile (evenly distributed of course)!  That is truly EXTREME!  The high durometer of these tiles makes them perfect for applications that require heavy equipment or carts to roll on and off.  Also ideal for protecting concrete or other types of flooring from heavy loads such as dies, molds and pallets.  The smooth surface design allows wheels to roll freely.  100% compatible with all other ErgoDeck products, including PVC or Aluminum ramps.

Because the tiles are so hard and durable, the connectors work a little differently than on standard ErgoDeck.  Assembly is the same except to allow for future disassembly, use a 15/32” drill bit and bore out the female connectors.  Otherwise, the tiles will go together, but they will be difficult to disassemble if needed in the future.
