24/Seven is a collection of high performance, 3’x3’ (91 x 91 cm), interconnecting rubber anti-fatigue mats. These resilient modular mats are 5/8” (16mm) thick and tough enough to handle 24/7 shift operations, but supple enough to provide cushioned support where it’s needed. Because of its modularity, 24/Seven can be positioned to cover large flooring areas, single workstations and assembly lines. For extra safety attach optional 3 x 39 in. (8 x 99 cm) beveled yellow safety edges.

  • Available in 3 different rubber compounds based on environmental exposures:
  • GR - for water or dry debris
  • CFR - for mineral oil-based fluids
  • NBR - for petroleum-based fluids
  • Hidden interlocks
  • Choice of solid or drainage styles
  • Choose GRITSHIELD for increased traction

Q: Is there edging available?

A: Yes, 3" edging is available in both yellow and black for 24/Seven. Edging comes in both male and female to correspond with the male or female side of the mat. Edging comes in 3" wide by 39" long strips.

Q: Can 24/Seven mats be exposed to liquids?

A: Yes, 24/Seven mats can be placed in both wet and dry environments.

Q: How do I clean 24/Seven?

A: Use a high-pressure hose (not to exceed 500 psi) and hot water (max 160o F) to rid the mats of oils. For best results use a mild soap or detergent with a pH between 4 and 9, to clean the mats. Do not use steam (unless specifically recommended), degreasers, or caustic chemicals. Do not machine wash or mechanically scrub the mats.

Q: Can you customize a mat to my specific requirements?

A: Yes we can. We offer 3 types of customization:

  • C1- Custom lengths
  • C2- Custom lengths and widths
  • C3- Fully custom (size & shape)

  • The level of customization by product is on the details tab at the bottom of every product page.

Q: Are the colors shown on your website the exact color I should expect to receive?

A: No, because monitors vary so there may be a slight variance in the color. If color choice is critical, we suggest that you order a sample. Due to manufacturing processes and material dye lots, color can vary, but our products fall within an industry-standard acceptable variation.

Q: Do 24/Seven mats pose a tripping hazard?

A: 24/Seven mats are available with 3" edging in yellow and black. The ramps allow for a smooth transition on and off the mat and do not pose a tripping hazard.

Q: Do your rubber mats smell?

A: Yes! Unfortunately, that rubbery smell is a feature of any rubber product. The mat should lose that smell over time. If you are planning to install rubber mats or flooring in any enclosed space, please remember that this can slow the dissipation of a strong rubber scent.
