ErgoDeck Ergonomic Interlocking Floor Tiles - Which Version Should I Choose

ErgoDeck Ergonomic Interlocking Floor Tiles - Which Version Should I Choose

ErgoDeck is the original ergonomic flooring. Created in 2004, there are now 20+ versions, each designed to fit a specific work need. With all these versions available, we’re here to help you find the right fit. So… which ErgoDeck version should you use, and when?

1. ErgoDeck General Purpose

The original go-to flooring for general operations, ErgoDeck General Purpose feels fantastic for the workers, is incredibly durable in design, and is used by most major manufacturers across the world. It is customizable down to every three inches, and can be used in wet or dry areas.
(Available Smooth, Diamond Plate, Geometric, Colors, Open, GRITSHIELD, & Open GRITSHIELD)

2. ErgoDeck MAX

The unique Nitricell Sponge on the bottom of ErgoDeck MAX flooring makes it best for 24-hour foot traffic. It is picked 9/10 times because of how good it feels for workers. It has less customizability and isn't recommended for wet or oily areas, but nothing works better at preventing pain during long shifts.

(Available Smooth, Diamond Plate, or Geometric)

3. ErgoDeck Heavy Duty

Still incredibly supportive, ErgoDeck Heavy duty is slightly less ergonomic than General purpose or MAX. Its higher durometer holds up to chemicals and oils longer. It can handle more repeated impacts than the others, so we recommend it for the heaviest duty operations where ergonomics come secondary to ensuring intensive operations run smoothly.

(Available Smooth, Diamond Plate, Geometric pattern, Open, GRITSHIELD, & Open GRITSHIELD)
