Product Warranty
Limited Warranty.
The materials and workmanship used in the construction of all Wearwell® Mats are guaranteed under normal conditions of usage for one year (two years or three years or five years if specifically stated) after the date of shipment. If the purchaser discovers a defect in the materials or workmanship of a Wearwell® mat within the warranted time after the date of shipment, Tennessee Mat Company, Inc. will, at its own discretion, either i.) repair the nonconforming product, ii.) replace the product with the same or substantially similar product, or iii.) reimburse the buyer for the pro-rated purchase price of the nonconforming product.
Tennessee Mat Company reserves the right to inspect the non-conforming mat(s) before repairing, replacing or reimbursing the buyer. Therefore, at the preference of Tennessee Mat Company, Inc., the mats must be returned or available for on-site inspection. Modifying or installing the mat may void the warranty. The decision to void this warranty will be made at the sole discretion of Tennessee Mat Company.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tennessee Mat Company’s liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product; Tennessee Mat Company shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, special, and indirect or punitive damages (including without limitation, damages from lost business, profits or goodwill
10 year Resilience Warranty for Wearwell Urethane Products
The urethane material used in the construction of Rejuvenator No. 501, Rejuvenator Connect No. 502 and Pur-Comfort No. 504 is guaranteed to not crush down under normal conditions of usage for ten years after the date of shipment. Normal conditions include, but are not limited to: 1. dry area use only, 2. no heavy cart or tow-motor traffic, and 3. use as an anti-fatigue mat for human workers. If the material does crush down within this warranted time after the date of shipment, Tennessee Mat Company, Inc. will, at its discretion, either i.) replace the product with the same or substantially similar product, or ii.) reimburse the buyer for the pro-rated purchase price of the nonconforming product.
