A high performance, industrial strength contamination control mat, PermaTack is ideal for inside and outside critical areas, such as clean rooms in Industrial, Medical, Pharmaceutical, Aerospace, Semi-Conductor, and Food Industries.The permanently tacky surface is designed to remove even the finest particles off shoes or wheels. In fact 98% to 100% of all such contamination will be removed if each foot touches the mat 3 times.

PermaTack Cleaning Agents

Recommended Cleaning Agent for Clean Room applications:
NOVACLEAN™ FLOOR CLEAN. NovaClean™ floor clean is an all purpose cleaner which has been filtered down to 0.1 microns. At the suggested dilution, the formulation can claim sodium and potassium levels detectable only in parts per billion. The low-ionic formulation will not generate a static charge. With little or no residue build-up, the cleaner will not affect the efficiency of conduction flooring. Easy and economical to use, NovaClean™ floor clean is a concentrate which will yield 60 to 128 gallons of cleaner per gallon container.

Recommended Cleaning Agent for Sterile applications:
IPA OR STERIS CLEANERS IPA (Isopropyl Alcohol) or Steris Cleaners can be used to disinfect PermaTack in a sterile environment. It is very important to note however, that both types of solutions must be diluted with distilled, deionised or filtered water. To maintain the functionality of the mat, the ratio of IPA or Steris to water should not exceed 50%.
